Carlos Aponte

The simple shapes, straightforward visual storytelling and converging influences, disciplines and tools are the basis of Carlos Aponte's work. He was born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico. He attended Parsons School of Design, The Fashion Institute of Technology and attended Jack Potter classes at SVA. He teaches drawing at Fashion Institute of Technology and currently works and resides in Jersey City with his partner.
